DeMartinville

Three years ago, none of this existed. We blinked — and AI was in everything. Your feed, your coffee, your studio. And everywhere you turn it's the same line: AI's coming for the music.

So the world ran to the cheap version — type a prompt, generate a song, done. No sweat. No heart. No you.

That's not what this is. DeMartinville is for the ones who still give a damn — the real artist, the real engineer, the real producer who lives in the work. And here's the flip: instead of some company mining your craft to train their AI, you train one on yourself — private, on your own machine, where nothing ever leaves.

It trains off you, but it doesn't replace you.
Now you've got a new tool in your arsenal. And it's yours.

It's not finished. We're building it in the open, with the people who'll actually use it. If that's you — you're early, and you're exactly who it's for.

EARLY · BUILT IN THE OPEN · FOR THE ONES WHO GIVE A DAMN
what's actually inside

Not a pitch. A real studio you can open right now.

Free, private, on your own machine. This is what's running the second you download it:

DeMartin Audio Labs
DeMartin Audio Labs — record, edit, mix, master. A real engine, not a toy.
LePrince Visual Labs
LePrince Visual Labs — cut video like a pro: keyframes, effects, masks.
Blueprint Builds
Blueprint Builds — describe an app, watch it build itself, live.
DeMartinville home
One private hub — every room, all local, all free to start.
the core of it

It's not our marketplace. It's your studio.

First, it's just yours — and free. A real studio on your own machine: record and mix music, cut video, generate images. All private, nothing leaves your computer. That's worth downloading on its own — and it's live today, not someday.

Where it's headed — the part nobody's built yet: you'll be able to train a version of your own craft — your sound, your moves — into something your people can tap, in your style, with your name on it. Some will want the whole studio; some just want your sound for one session. We're building that part in the open.

Your name. Your people. Your money, all of it. We just build the rooms.
the idea

What if your skill could clock in without you?

Picture a version of you that lives inside a real creative studio. Not a chatbot that talks about mixing — one that actually mixes. Edits. Arranges. Writes. In your style. You drag your character into a room and it goes to work. Drop it in the audio room, it's an audio brain. Drop the same character in the video room, it flips and thinks like a video pro. It doesn't just answer — it makes the move, inside safe rails, the way you taught it.

And here's what makes it real instead of hype: the app already does this today. DeMartinville has tools right now that listen to a vocal and actually fix it — EQ, de-ess, compression, the whole chain — and a mix assistant that analyzes a session and makes real, bounded moves. That's the engine, runnable on your own machine. The marketplace just puts your taste in the driver's seat.

Nobody's doing this yet. The board is empty. That's the whole pitch.
how you make one

You build your character by doing what you already do

This is the part that trips people out. You don't sit down and "train an AI." No forms, no course, no manual. You just open DeMartinville and work — and because the app owns the tools, it sees your actual moves. Not notes about what you'd do. What you actually do, in the session, in real time. Every chain, every "nah, pull that back 2 dB," every cut you make on instinct. That's the difference between a personality that sounds like you and a character that works like you.

As it learns, a readiness % fills up — your bar from "rough sketch of me" to "yeah, that's how I'd have done it." It does not go on the board until it's good, and nothing ships under your name without your sign-off.

Your character · readiness100%
01 · Work like normal
02 · It learns your real moves
03 · Hit 100% → on the board, you're hireable
what it looks like

Say there's a guy named Boogie

Boogie's been mixing records 30 years. Golden ears. But there's one Boogie and only so many hours in his week — he turns down more work than he takes. So Boogie opens DeMartinville and just mixes, like he always has. The app watches how he rides a vocal, carves a low-mid, glues a chorus. His readiness bar fills.

One day, Boogie the character goes on the board. Now a kid in another city — who could never afford a day with the real Boogie — drags Boogie into their session. The character pulls up a vocal chain the way Boogie would, in his style. The kid's record sounds like it passed through golden ears, because in a way it did. And when that kid wants to go all the way? There's a button to book the real Boogie, live — screen-shared into the actual session.

Boogie didn't add an hour to his week, but his taste works in a thousand sessions at once — and the ones who want the human find the human.

Swap "Boogie" for a producer, beatmaker, videographer, editor, colorist, lighting pro, topline writer. Craft + audience = a character.

the honest question

"How do you get users in here for me to sell to?"

This is the right question to lead with, so here's the honest mechanism — no fake user counter to wave at you. The base studio is free and genuinely useful on its own: a full DAW, a video editor, image gen, all local and private. People don't show up for a marketplace — they show up for a free studio that does real work. So users are already in the building before characters are the thing they pay for.

I'm not selling you a finished crowd. I'm offering you the front row while we fill the room — together.
your stuff stays yours

Everything you make here is yours. Full stop.

Let's kill the red flag before it starts: every song, every recording, every session you make in DeMartinville is 100% yours — it lives on your machine, and we don't own a single note of it. What you sell is access to your character. Not your catalog. Never your catalog.

Your music + your work

All of it. Your tracks, your stems, your recordings, your craft — local, private, and yours, the same as if you made them anywhere else. The platform doesn't touch your catalog, period.

Your secret sauce — protected

When someone pays, they pay to use your character — they get a result in your style, but never the raw craft underneath. They can't crack it open, copy your sound, or walk off with it. You rent out the magic; nobody gets the recipe.

Your name + your character

Yours too — update it, pause it, pull it down, or leave and take it with you. No lock-in. And nothing goes out under your name until you say it's good — the readiness bar is a real gate, not a rubber stamp.

The money

People pay-per-use to use your character, and you keep 100% of it. We don't take a cut of your work. Pay-per-use, never a monthly meter on your buyers — and you're never billed for compute on a slow month.

no smoke

This is early. We're building it in the open. We're not hiding that.

Some of what you just read is live and working today — the studio, the rooms, the tools that already analyze and take real action on your audio. Some of it is the road we're driving toward, out loud, in public. We're telling you that on purpose, because the people we want aren't looking for a finished, locked-down platform — those get built by committee, for the masses, and they never have soul.

We want the builders. The ones who get hyped about getting in before it's obvious, who want a say in how their craft gets represented for the next ten years. If you need it perfect before you'll touch it, no hard feelings — come back when it's everywhere. But if reading this made something light up, if you're already thinking "yo, holy shit, we gotta get in on this" — that's the feeling. That's exactly who this is for.

What's true right now: free to start · your work stays on your machine · you set your price and keep 100% · no fake names or knockoffs · we build in the open — no vaporware.

The chair's open. Get in before it's obvious.

The download works — it pulls the latest DeMartinville release. The "founding creator" button still needs a destination (your email / IG / a sign-up form) — tell me where and I'll wire it.
